Joinery

Our joinery workshop, AllWays Wood, is located in Sutherland and we produce high quality traditional joinery for both the private and public sectors across New South Wales. We are experienced in conservation works where retention of the highest amount of original fabric is essential. We work from a 1930s joinery premises where a number of the machines in use today date back to the early 1900s and still operate on a belt-driven system, producing fine traditional pieces. In our showroom, we have a display of antique timber hand-tools and we stock a variety of large, unique, timber slabs.

We also produce joinery for contemporary buildings, where we find their design and construction to be of an interesting and challenging nature. In addition to high quality windows and doors we custom-make kitchens, tables, chairs, beds, wardrobes and book cases, to name a few. We work with a wide range of both natural and synthetic materials and will fabricate custom-designed joinery to any specification using a combination of both state-of-the-art and traditional machinery.

We have an excellent reputation within the industry and have been awarded for our work by the Master Builders Association. We have also been recognised by the Australian Institute of Architects. We have received a number of awards, including the Master Builder of the Year - National and Best Use of Timber.

We are happy to discuss your building and joinery needs and will work with you to take any project from initial assessment and design through to completion.
